if you are april/may 2004 filer and received/done ur finger printing, can u pls post ur case details . no matter 140 approved/140 RFE & waiting.

if there is already a tracker ,,can u pls post the link.

I am in the same boat. ND 4/15 and no FP yet. It looks like they hevan't started sending FP's from April. Can any one validate......

I haven't received FP notice yet. You can find FP related dates in the I-140 trackers. For the 2004 tracker, you can see:

Did any body see 485 status msg change when you receive FP Notice?

140/485 RD April 21, 2004.
140 Approved.
