First, I want to thanks all people on this forum who are sharing such valuable information. We can not get all this information from a lawyer. Anyone who is filing or has already filed 1447b lawsuit in new york city, please share your experiance with me. I am planning to file very soon and I want to get as much information as possible. first fp : july 2004
interview: may 2005 (passed everything, but n400 still pending because of stupid security clearnce)
seconed fp: Oct 2005
planning to file 1447b in the district court very soon
