Any fees for getting NORI??

Hi,

I am applying for J-1 waiver and in the process of getting NORI from three departments in India. I got few questions regarding this

1. Do I have to send any fees for getting NORI from these three departments?

2. Do I have to send any postage paid envelops of any such things to have them mailed to me?

My understanding is that I need to send them only the request letter along with attested afidavit from Indian embassy, and please do correct me if I need anything else.

Would appreciate it if anyone with previous experience could help me.
 
No. you dont need to send any fee

No. Just send a cover letter requesting to issue NORI along with statement and affidavit that are attested by Indian consulate in USA.
