Any Experience with officer #89?????

My wife received an RFE on her second AP from officer #89

Anybody has any experience with this particular officer?

Another question: On the return request form, under the officer # and under the date of the RFE, there is “CUD: 6/1/04”. It is exactly THREE months after RFE date. What does this date signify?

CUD stands for call up date. It is the date on which the officer will look at the file to see if your RFE response has come in. Usually, RFE issuing officers do this before the CUD, but no later than the CUD.

I just checked my wife's online status. Her RFE reply was accepted and her AP approved.

Way to go officer #89! Way to go!

What was the RFE on the AP for?

Officer ##89 gave my wife two options: Either to send a letter stating reasons for NOT showing her right ear in the photo OR to send a standard photo.

She gave him the reason. She also reminded him that two EADs and one AP have already been approved with the same photo in question. The officer apparently accepted the letter and approved her AP.

Way to go officer #89! Way to go!

I am in the same situation. RFE was issued on 4/2/04 for my AP at TSC (Please see RFE'S at TSC on AP for details in same forum) . ANyway, can you please be more specific like date RFE issued, received by you or your representative, date you responded, date TSC received your RFE and final AP approval date.

Received by lawyer 3/5/04.
Reply sent 3/9/04.
Received by TSC on 3/12/04.
Approval mailed on 4/1/04.
Approval received by lawyer 4/5/04.

Status online showed dates of RFE sent, reply received and approval mailed.
