Any Experience with AOS I-94?

we got my PR and landed on 5/27/6. Myself and my wife received the PR card during July. My son (American citizen) didn't get his to card, they asked him to come to retake the pic.

we came back from India Aug 6th using Advance Parole, so at POE they stamped as AOS valid till Aug 5th 2007. My Advace Parole will expire on 11/2/6.

Any one used AOS I-94 to come back from Canada?

Can we use this I-94 to come back? any one expereiced it? Appreiciate you response.

We got our pr cards (myself and kids) three weeks back, did not receive my wife card and my friend in Canada today said he did not receive any info regarding my wife card.

Within how many days you got the letter from them to retake the picture of your son? and how much time do they give to retake the pic?

I think my friend received a letter within 5-6 weeks of landing. That time we were in india, so I faxed a letter saying that we are in india. Then they sent a final notice saying that 1/17/7 is the date. otherwise we have to reapply again.

Since he is us citizen I am thinking... Not sure that is going to impact our PR status..

Any one have any idea?

If you are back in US you can go to Canada and retake a pic and comeback to US again, what is the problem? Just curios to know.
 
I came back from India on Aug 06 and used Advace Parole, I-94 has AOS stamp

when I come back from Canada I want to use the 30days I-94 automatic validation rule. Want to see some one used AOS i-94.

Just found out that there is a problem with my wife photo, they said they will send a letter and set an appointment to retake a picture. Our problem is that we are in US now and dont know can we make it for the appointment or not. Is it true that they set a appointment to retake the picture? or can we go there anytime we want?

When you received a letter from them regarding your son photo, you said you were in India, and you sent a fax to extend it. For how many months did they extend?

Using AP

Used Advance Parole to come back from Canada. Dont know anything about 90 days rule.
