Are there anybody here who filed I130 for their spouse when they were in LPR and after Naturalization upgraded it to Immediate Relative with VSC. Were there any problems encountered in this step. How long did it took. Or is it better off to file a brand new I130 as US Citizen status.
If the case made it to NVC in your cases I would appreciate if I could get an answer as to how easy was it to upgrade the status with NVC.
I found an I130 Upgrade Sheet for TSC but dont find similar ones for VSC. Can somebody send me a link if they find one for VSC too.
