Any experience in contacting congressman's office in CT?

Guys, does anybody have any experience in contacting the congressman's office in Hartford, Ct? Please let me know. Thanks.
 
Yes and no. I did not contact congressman but I did contact Senator Lieberman office. Go online, find his home page. There are two tel.# for hartford office. One is 800 and second one is local. As far as I remember 800 number is better because you get to talk to real person instead of leaving a voice message. Ok, when you reach information desk ask the operator to talk to immigration aide. Her name is Laura. I talked to her twice and she was helpful . What I liked is that she is going to put you on hold and call Vermont number (dedicated #) that it available only for goverment inquiries. So you will get information about your case immediately.

and talked to Kevin, his aide. Very nice folks! But for approval, I am not sure if it helped though!
