My last entry visa stamp was F1 visa and since last year I have been under H1b, but no visa stamp. I got I94 from I797 approval document and old I94 from F1 with D/S on expiration date. My profession is sw engineer and i got MSEE degree.
Will it be any trouble you think? I 'm just afraid I will get stucked in mexico or canada and deported if US consulate rejects my stamp.
