Hi all,
I have applied for my 140 (in EB2) two months back and probably have a long wait ahead of me before I can apply for the 485 since my PD is March 04. (RIR labor got approved in June.) My apartment lease is expiring this month and I am planning to move to a different one. Once I move, it would mean that the home addresses on my 140 and 485 applications would definitely be different. Will this have any negative consequences in terms of delayed approval or anything else?
Is an address change at this stage such an absolute no-no that I should just stick to the same address till I have applied for the 485 or even till it is approved?
Has anyone on these forums had personal experience (negative or positive) of an address change between 140 and 485 applications?
