Hi all-
I am just beginning my journey and this website has been really a jewel to find. Anyway just as all the posting as provided so much insight, I hope to post my findings as I aslo start my process.
Anyway I was wondering if there has been any Mechanical engineers that have recently applied for their labor certification under the EB3 category with the online PERM system.
I have an Undergraduate degree in Mechanical engineering from the US.
I also have my MBA degree from the US.
I have been working in the engineering field for 4 years.
I am working with the corporate lawyer to start the PERM application and preparing the job ads. However I have been told that I can not use the experience that I have gained at my employee to advertise for this position, which means that it will be an ad for an entry level position. And due to my low wages I really cannot change the ad position to the next level or make use of my MBA which I use only 20% of within my duties.
I would appreciate any advice or comments on this matter. This is going to be my first step and I am trying to be as thorough and methodically as possible to make sure the first step is in the right direction.
Anyway thanks in advance and good luck to all applicants that are starting or continuing their journey for residency.
