oh - so VSC goes by ND first - then looks at the PD - if current, approves it, if not, sets it aside..

Yes.But I have a feeling PD is going to move rapidly in April/May 01. Then we the 96/97\'ers will be the worse affected, since they\'ll process cases started much later.

may be not.. SInce they are apparently going by ND, only people who applied BEFORE you for "485" will come first..
not totally fair to you but hopefully, in the same ND, they will go by PD?

No I have been with the same company from the very beginning (5 1/2 years). H1 and GC petition was filed through them and there have been no gaps in employment.

Does EB3 aplicants also receive an A number? I got a new receipt # when i renew my EAD
