  If possible ask your lawyer to call up INS to enquire about your case. The IIO will put a request to update the AVM. I have the same ND and I got it done day before yesterday by asking lawyer to call up INS.

Nothing to worry even if it is not updated. Optmistically it may be with an officer even though the AVM says case not found. I got my EAD approved the same way the message used to say CAse not found till the day it got approved.

I did call the IIO myself yesterday. She said not to worry about the AVM and the case was moving and it will take 30 to 60 days.
It is just that i want to know if anybody in EB3 category with Dec / Jan ND got their approval.
