Any EB2/I-140s with ND of Aug 1 or later approved?

CSC is stuck on 7/30 for EB2/I-140s for a long time.
Any idea what is going on?

I saw one person with ND 8/1 and one with ND 8/10 got approved so far. It seems they are moving gradually but slowly.

I saw one approval of Aug 10 yesterday. But they seem to come very

slowly !! Any new approvals with ND before/after Aug 10 ??
