Hello,
Is anyone interested in tracking EB2's filed in 2003-2005?

the sticky above is never updated, so may as well start a new thread.

I-485 RD: Sep '05
I-140 AD: Feb '06
485 Xd from CSC > NSC: Feb '07
RFEs (self and wife): Apr '07, responded Jun '07, received at USCIS - Jun '07
I-485 LUD: 7/18/07 (no message change)

I 485: ND: 04/2005, AD:??? LUD: 04/2006(address change), 08/2006(not known why), 05/2007(address change), 07/19/2007, 07/20/2007 (not known why, no message change)

FP: 3 times
EAD: 3 rd EAD
AP: 3 rd
 
I will start an excel sheet and post these tonite. Hopefully, then it can be kept up-to-date.

leogsb, with an LUD on 8/19, I am surprised to find you here... I thought all cases with that LUD were gone...yours should be around the corner

I also noticed LUD on 8/19/2006 on my I 485, still no approval.Anyway thanks for starting a new thread and preparing spreadsheet

Thanks for initiating this thread. Let me know if you need any help in maintaining the spreadsheet.
USCIS is treating the employment based immigration system as a "lottery system" so the PD, RD, EB catagory etc. bear no significance for USCIS which is evident from their recent approvals.....No logic at all!
They call this "Lawful Immigration Sytem".....Well..!..so far it has been nothing but an "Awful Immigration System"....for me and for most people who experienced it!!:rolleyes: God help USCIS!

Thanks everyone for sharing information. I have updated all the information on the excel sheet attached, Please verify and update where necessary.

If anyone knows of any other approvals which have occurred, then please update the sheet. Maybe, just maybe, someone can make sense of what USCIS does.

I will update the xl sheet in the evening, unless somebody else does it before that.

AJOO: Have you tried the usual routine of writing to the local congressmen, senators, First Lady etc to expedite the name check?

One question still unanswered.. at last count, EB2 was 2 years ahead of EB3, and now we are seeing approvals for EB3 from 2004 and 2005. I would have thought all Eb2 cases would be cleared before that or at least concurrently with EB3. No such luck of course.
 
Just minutes after i posted the message, i called up IO and she said something i couldn't believe. "Your case has been approved". :) I asked her to repeat it 3 times to just confirm. :)

Went online to check the status, this is what i found,

"Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 26, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
"

Feel like i want to jump and scream loud out of heart. :D

Finally got that mail... Your card has been orderded :)

Still waiting for my wife...

BTW, i'm planning for a vacation from next weekend. I may not get card before that. Any idea what i should do? Do I have to get my passport stamped from the ASC like before?

Congrats!!!, enjoy your freedom. My profile is exactly same as your profile, hopefully there is some news about my case.Did you notice any LUD's for your I 485 this month before approval?.
