I am waiting to hear from TSC after I submitted my response to RFE. It is more than 60 days. I talked to the representative at TSC using POJ method and confirmed that my case is still pending. She said that she would send an email to the I-140 department. Did anybody beside srmada experience this kind of delay after submitting response to RFE. I have not seen any approvals recently. Please post here if your case is approved recently.
