Any EAD approved from TSC after filing in November?

My notice date is 11/23/04. Any approvals from TSC for applications filed around that time? please let me know... thanks
 
No first time EAD approvals from TSC?

What is going on... there must be someone out there... I hope...

New EAD approval message

The online status for EAD for me and for my wife has changed to

"On January 18, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."


The received our application on 11/23 and sent us RFE on Dec 14th we responsed by Dec 28th and the approval came on Jan 18th.

Any ideas how long does it take to get the actual card?
Also, do you have to have the card in hand to start working or can you start working after this approval message?
