Yes, I scanned some EAD cases with RD 10/17/2003. A lot of cases have been approved in later Nov. or earlier Dec. I believe they are not c(9) cases. However, there are three new EAD approvals in Jan. 2004:

EAC0401250870
EAC0401250881
EAC0401250606

I believe they are c(9) cases. Therefore, please hang on, maybe your approval will be the next days.
 
EAD EAC04047

My 3rd EAD renewal - EAC04047 dated 12/8/03...current ead expiring 02/04/04...panic now..........
 
How 90 days being calculated?

My RD for EAD is 10/29/2003, so if I didn't get the approval,
can I go on 01/28/2004 and request IEAD or how the 90 days being calculated????
