any EAD approvals from NSC?

hi ,
i just wanted to find out if anybody got their ead approved with a notice date around 2nd week of june.i have applied around that time when my first one was denied by mistake by the uscis .(see the signature)
the situation is such that my current one expired on 13 and i'm sitting back home ,coz the company wont let me work without a permit.

Sorry to hear that it went undelivered and you had to clear it again.
I just wonder did you sign-up for online notification and in this case did you receive an email when they sent the notice to you?
Why did it went undelivered?
 
i did not know abt the online portfolio thing .i got to know abt it only after coming to the forum last month.
the notice went back coz the lawyer that i had hired after leaving my previous job did not inform me or the ins abt changing her office address.
the notice went to her previous address coz she was representing me .anyways i have fired her and now i have a new lawyer.
