Any EAD Approvals for Dec 21,04 Receipt Date???

I am seeing random cases of EAD/Ap/140 approvals for people who have filed after my receipt date.(No updates after that).
Any one who filed on or around same date and has got a approval
or does my case not moving for more than a month indicate my
application has some problem?

Why are cases processed in such random ness?Is it so that
if your case goes to OFFICER X who is slow moving as opposed to OFFICER
Y who is fast moving then your entire gc application is permanently stuck or slow?.

yes, it all depends on your luck and how "smart" the officer is processing your application. I filed back in 0ctober 05, 2004 at TSC and I haven't heard from my application yet. I had to go through all that BS to get my interim EAD. but don't panic, your receipt date is very recent. give it at least 60 days for approval.
 
wow, that was really fast. only 1 month? My I765 RD/ND 12/02/04 at NSC. EB3. I'm still waiting...

Looks like VSC is doing a better job than NSC. Any recent EAD approval from NSC???
 
file stuck with wrong officer?

So does this mean if ur file is stick with wrong office it can takes
days/months/years for your application to get cleared?
Is there a way to hand your file over to some other person?
some kind of letter/appeal etc??

BTW I have never filed the form AR-11(change of address) because
i was not aware about this and have moved 4-5 times in last 4 years.

Can this affect your GC processing case adversely?
