Any EAD/AP approvals from applications file after Nov 15th at VSC?

Please let me know if anyone has got approvals on EAD or AP filed at VSC aftr Nov 15th 2005...I did mine online , have received receipts but no LUD changes etc..Please advise.

Also do let me know if I-EAD applicants scheduled appts themselves and went for biometrics at the ASC? My lawyer advised me that it was not necessary to schedule the appt myself, supposedly the appt would be scheduled by CIS and the appt notice would be sent to me directly. Please advise.

My lawyers told me do not use eFile. There are too many issues with that. I have sent paper base application to renew EAD on 12th Dec 2005. I do not see checks in my account even not receipt. I called VSC last week. She told me to wait and give more time because of holiday. Only few people are working in VSC office.

Even I called my lawyer. He told to wait till 2nd week of Jan 2006. and then refile.

One of my friend told me you have to take appointment for finger print if you eFile.
