Does contacting a senator or congressman hurt the case, like file getting transferred to local office or whatsoever? Your suggestion/opinions are welcome
.. as experiences of many people have shown. An influential senator (who is committed) can actually help get specific status updates on the case, instead of the standard response that CIS is processing Sep. 30 cases.
