Any did earlier FP at El Monte- LA?

I would like to know if any one had done FP earlier than scheduled at El MOnte -LA or any other location in LA? If so how to approach them?
Do I go early in the morning or late in the afternoon?
My appt is 11/03/2001. Are they any advantages in getting it done earlier?
Please advise?
