The Pilot program currently workly only for applicants who are
>Based on a family relationship;
>Diversity Visa Lottery winner; and
>Special Immigrant with an approved Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant.
As of now it is not for Employment based Concurrent Processing...but according to immigration-law, some time in future it will be applied...(But this Pilot program is cool..as we can get all the things almost immediately. For people like me who waited 3 1/2 years to get Labor Clearence, this would be a big relief )
