Any Denials of future employment cases

Has anyone seen any denials future employment cases? I'm having my GC processed for future employment and would like to join that company after my 485 approval.

My case is bit similar except i am joining the future employment GC sponsering company while I-485 (EB3, Retrogressed affected country, and PD: 04/2003) is pending. Not sure how long i have to wait for I-485 approval. Is it mandatory that one should work for GC sponsering company after getting GC ?
