Any Dec 2001 Filers still waiting after 2nd FP or RFE reply.....? Please post your details (RD, ND, AD,...)

Dec filers

Yes, RFE was received 5/18/2003 but since then nothing. Lots of filers after me were approved.
My case is very strange: it seems I got RFE much earlier than your guys but no 2 FP came to me until last week. 2FP is scheduled for 1/9/2004 but had it done last Friday.

My RFE was for employment only.
 
Dec 01 filers

It appears that the Dec. 01 approvals peaked in
Aug, Sep, Oct 2003 and now it has slowed down. Now we see
a peak approval rate in Jan/Feb. 2002 cases (started since Nov. 2003). This will slow down around Feb. 2004 - I believe, and newer cases will peak.

The rate of progress of older cases appears to slow down
progressively after the peak. So if your probability of getting
an approval during the peak period is 60%, then 1 month
after the peak the probability will be 30%, 2 months after the
peak it will be 10% and after that - well it maybe just an aberration.

So I think we all need to act now, for December cases.

Just my assessment of the situation.

My colleague checked last night for his I-485 status online with RD of April 09, 2002 and ND of April 29, 2002 and the message says that an RFE has been mailed on December, 08 2003.

This guy is from India on EB3 from Michigan.

Can you please post what the 2nd FP notice date is and when you received it ? Also can you please post your 3rd EAD details (RD, ND, AD) ?
