Any CSC EB3 India apprvl with nd/99 and pd in 98, ciba & others

Did anybody get their 485 approval with ND in 99, EB3 India and pd in 98? How does CSC process these old cases who PD became current last month? Is it based on RD or PD?

Mine is EB3, India, CSC, PD 07/1998, ND 08/1999,
RFE replied 03/2001

My PD will become current next month. I am hoping to get the approval
soon..

I was recently approved in EB3(other) with PD in 98 and ND in 99. Please read my post title \'I-485 Approved - Finally!!!\' regarding my experiences with CSC and how I had to call them many times to finally get the approval.

old485,

There are quite a few old cases with ND 99 and PD 97/98 (became
current only last month) getting approved lately. I suspect
those cases are lucky ones which got examined long time ago but
were sitting on the desks waiting for PD. Once PD became current,
the adjudicators simply approved the cases.
