Any Contact phone to know the FOIA STATUS????

Hi,
FOIA was filed by separate attorney in Texas service center. It was filed on Nov 2003. I have got receipt saying they are processing july 2003 cases (In Nov 2003).

So far i have not heard anything from TSC.

Anyone know the contact no to know the status of it.
In the receipt they have not mentioned any phone number.
