Any contact at NSC like Mr.Williams

I have seen some threads from CSC members to send mails or letters to their director Mr.Williams to expedite the case. Does any one have any experience with sending letter to the director or chief at the NSC.

Since my PD is current, I wanted my name check to be cleared and get approval.

Please let me know.

NSC has no email system like CSC. Sending letters to the director of NSC is of no use either. Only way to compel NSC to do something is through lawsuit. Of course, you can find out whether your case has cleared name check or not by calling NSC or contact your local congressman or senator.
 
CSC guys are really lucky . We don't have anyone like Mr Williams at NSC . I just wish we had someone like him , things would have been much easier for many of us .

NSC always sucked , atleast for last couple of years , they are pathetic. If the PD is favourable , they will push back the processing date ,and since now the the PD is pushed back , they moved ahead the processing date like crazy because at the end of day they know that they wont have to do much anyway.

In case the proposed legislation to increase the no of immigrant visa's passes i would just like to see their processing date after that. I won't be surprised that they might push back their processing date by 2-3 years . where as California and Vermont will be approving their cases at a faster speed and we will be watching their approvals day after day .

Thats the pain most of the NSC applicants have been suffering for long now.
 
How to transfer case to CSC or VSC from NSC

In that case, can we send a request to transfer our case from NSC to VSC or CSC ?

I do feel the same about NSC. Always I envy about CSC and VSC approvals. Now PD is current and I am within the processing date, but stuck in Name check. They have one or the other reason for not approving the cases.

I do see you got your name check cleared from FBI, What did you do to get some reply from there. Could you please post it. I am trying thru senator and congressman.

Hi Baski555,

Long time back if u email to FBI with your details they would reply back with the results .Generally it used to take 4 -6 months for them to reply ,but now they don't reply any more , u need to contact senator or congressmen to know about the name check clearance .Their might be some other ways too to find it out ,but i'm not aware of those processes.
