Hi friends,
I rememember concurrent filing was initiated in August 2002. Since some cases of July 2002 have been "reported" here approved, are there any concurrently filed case approved? Also regarding to this, usually the RD/ND of I-485 is the same as that of I-140. How do the USCIS officers count the time of waiting for I-485 approval? from the time of concurrent filing or from the moment when I-140 is approved? I think it should be counted from the initial filing. It is the benefit of concurrent filing, isn't it? But does USCIS follow the same rationale? Here I started this clue, please enter your comments, thanks.
