Comapany name chage. They were on hold and because of the June 19th AC21 regulation, there are off the hook now. Before that time, only Amended I 140s were getting approved. I saw only one approval, without amended I i40 so far.

It might be my case. Mine got approved (AVM, message) without I140 amendment. I posted this earlier. Please search. i did not receive approval notice yet.

Company name changed After filing 485. Got RFE for W2s and paystubs, when replyed I think INS observed as company changed and put the case into hold bucket due to company name change. on hold for 2 months and released on 19th and Approved on jun 26th.
