Any CN upto 7000 from Asia recieved 2nd letter?

Visa bulletin september'09 has been out now. Upto 7000 is the cut-off number for Asia region for October. Any DV2010 winner from Asia has recieved 2nd letter yet ? Please reply with your CN.


CN : 2010AS00004xxx.
NL issued : May 04, 2009.
NL recieved : May 26, 2009.
Sent back to KCC : June 04,2009.
Still waiting for 2nd letter.

Is it a good news that this time upto 7000 has been called in asia while in the last year the same is 3100 ?
