Any clue about what kind of an I-485 REF for a minor?

Hi, I just check my daughter's I-485 application and we got an I-485 REF on Jan 26. Does any body know what kind of an I-485 REF for a minor could be? The good news is both mine and wife's I-485 got approved, the 10-year journey is over ...

PS: Landed in this country in Aug 1993 for study;
Started to work in Aug 1998;
Started GC application in Nov 1999;
LC approved in 2000;
I-140 approved in June 2001;
I-485 RD - 08/01/2001
I-485 ND - 09/07/2001
I-485 PD - 01/26/2004

I think, they will request the medicals it seems.

Check the RFE....

RFE could be for medicals or birth certificate.
