There was some news recently about INS plans to deny some cases without issuing RFE's. The news turned out to be true as was reported by Sheela Murthy. Within a week, there was another article by Sheela Murthy saying that AILA asked the INS official to clarify some issues regarding the orginal memo about RFE's.
