Any cases filed on July 2003 STILL PENDING.

Hi All,

My case was sent to Chicago DOL on July 2003, Still AVM says my case was received. I called DOL , they say that no one is assigned to my case and asking me to call after 2 to 3 weeks. i talked to my attorney he says wait 2 to 3 weeks (attorney says same thing every time). Any of the cases are like this filed on July 2003.

man your lucky that you filed from chicago..in july 2003 and your just in concern for ur case..we filed our GC labor from NY in August 2001 still pending and waiting for labor cleared man...

hope you'll get your labor approved...think about us man..lot of us having the same pain...

Post your question in Chicago, DOL thread so that someone will reply. There are few cases pending for July and Aug RIR 2003. Though they are processing now last week of Sept 2003 RIR cases, still many cases are pending for earlier dates.

In which state did you file your labor?
