Any case with FP after Apr 16.2003 touched

Is there any case with FP received lated than Apr 16, 2003 - touched or not - meaning RFE issued or approved or transferred ?

Please post. I could not extract that from data consolidation thread.

My FP was done on May 27, 2003. (I received 2 FP notices in 2 month time and did both. First was in April someday and second in May 27) and I got approved on Feb 9th.

I am the primary applicant. But my spouse's FP was done on March 7th.May be they looked at her case first and then decided to approve us both.

Both of our message changed to "FP reeived..." and then to "approved..."

Thanks. I saw some more cases where RFE is issued and FP date is in May.

Still trying to break my head against brick wall to figure out the sequence in which INS picks up the cases. My RD is 15 Aug 2001, ND is Sep 01 and FP is April 03.

There have been several posts with the approvals in that range but now I am seeing approvals of Nov and Dec 2001.
 
FP date

I know that there is no logic in the way the USCIS process cases. It is not by RD, nor is it by ND.

Somehow I believe there is a correlation in the approvals of Jan and Feb and the FP date. I think that I saw a lot of approvals with FP dates in March.

There is also a correlation between the cases in 2001 (like mine) where the FP notices were not send out due to problems. (Jul to Dec 2001)

I think that they are currently processing 2001 cases by a combination of the FP date and RD, and when they start the 2002 cases, well, who knows.

Just my theory.

I seem to concur with Maybesoon in that TSC might be processing cases based on a combination of RD/ND and FP dates.

Anyways, our cases (wife & I) were transferred to local office on 6th Feb and 30th Jan respectively.

Yesterday, the local office intimated us for an interview on the 23rd.
