Any card production ordered for minors?( below 14 years kids)

I appreciate i fyou share your information.

I did not see any card production/ card mailed for my 8 years daughter.But we got email saying approval notice sent for her.

Do I need to talk to immigration officer ?

I had the same question. I only received approval nortice sent for my 10 yr old but never Card production ordered .

Well, mine and my wife's case got approved on 7/17 - got all the emails - approved, card ordered etc. But no update on my 8yr old son's case - not even approval.

I did not get approval for the kids

mine and my wife's case got approved on 7/16 we got approved, card ordered etc. But not approved my son and daughter (both below 10).
Is there any chance before oct to get approval? Did anyone go for FP for the kids? Thanks for the information.

Spoke to Texas officer

I just called and spoke to texas center, the lady said that I will receive biometrics information for my daughter in the approval notice.
It seems she has to go to local office and get her photo and finger prints and then they can mail card.

I too called and got a nice IO, she told me the application was assigned to an officer on 10th July and asked to wait for couple of weeks.

Bio for kids required because of missing digital photograph

Guys who got their approvals recently and waiting for the approval of their kid(s) (under 14 years of age) are likely to get biometrics notice in next 10 - 14 days as per TSC IO. Same thing is true for guys who got their kid(s) (under 14) approval but no card production order email. When I asked her for the reason she said that TSC doesn't have their digital photographs in record. She also said that FP queue has been created for these applicants and FP notices will be sent shortly and you should expect notice in next 10-14 days. Well some of the officers are approving minors and sending bio notices with the approval while others are waiting for the bio to be done first before approving. I am also waiting for the approval of my minor son though I got my approval along with my spouse on July 9.

Thanks all for the information. A quick question. My wife and daughter are in India and will be back only in september. I guess I can reschedule my daughters fingerprinting/biometrics and she can enter the US using her AP. Does any one think that this would be a issue? Appreciate your comments

I received the welcome notice for my daughter yesterday, but did not receive the biometrics/fingerpinting notice. Did anyone receive the fingerprinting notice for their minor children after receiving either the welcome notice or the approval notice.
