How do you calculate your receipt date... Is it based on the Application of I 140 or is the application of I 485. My receipt date of I 140 is May\'99 and the Receipt Date of I 485 is Nov\'99. I am on a L1- EB1 category.. What are the Vermont INS Nos. to contact find out about finger printing.. I still have not been called for finger printing
