Any body with ND Oct 99 with RFE still waiting

INS received my RFE (Employment Letter) at 21st of Feb. Nothing happened since then. Any body in the same boat. I am a little bit confuse. INS is now working on Nov and Dec. cases without finishing Sept. and Oct.
It is a frustrating process.

ND/RD Oct99, EB3/Other. I have replied to RFE(employment letter & pay stub) on 3/1 which i have received on 2/23. The AVM still says 365-540 days. Still waiting..............................

I sent my RFE on 2/23 but the INS message says 3/1.Still waiting for approval

My RFE was received on Feb 15 (According to AVM).Still says "Received on Feb 15....."

The VSC is not approving the ND Oct 99 cases for India and China at this time eventhough your PD are current. However you are close to approval like the rest of the Oct 99 cases. You can expect an approval soon( my guess is April 01). Good luck.
