Dear All,

Just wondering if any has or you know of got your Passport stamped at an office in another state, other than that was given in the Approval notice, changed address(current address in in the state of PS) with the officer at the time of Passport stamping and got the green card without any delay at your current address????

Your feedback is higly appreciated?

I have the similar siutaiton but not exactly same as you. I changed my address(still in the same state) while I was doing the stampping. The immigration officer wrote down my new address on the paper and said the card will be mailed to the new address. However, I heard from people that changing of address may result in card delay or missing. Is that true? Dose anyone have similar exeprience?

Thanks!

After I changed my address, I never got anything sent to my new address (no FP, no aproval letter, no inteview letter, nothing!) Luckily my lawyer got a copy of everything. When I got my stamp, they still had the old address in the system, and I gave my new address again, and the card arrived at the new address.
