Any body with Atlanta Morning Oath Experience

Does any body has Atlanta morning oath experience. Please post your experience. We have 8:00am oath time and need to manage sending kids to school as well. If you could post like how long they take to seat participants and at what time they start oath.
 
This is the first time, I am hearing that ATL has morning oath. I thought the oath's start @ 1PM (actual oath is done @ around 3PM)
