if it is more than 10 weeks .. fax them the letter they will respond in 3 weeks it happen to me

Hi canus

We are still waiting for my wife's card, it has been 9 weeks now. My son,s card was recieved after 3 weeks, mine arrived after six weeks, all three of us had landed together.

I have some questions about the fax you sent.

Did you mention that you are in US? and where did they send the reply, at your canadian address or US address?

What information you provided in the fax and what is their reply?

I'll appreciate if you can provide this information.
