Any body received Visitor Visa Ext. from CSC ?

I applied for my parents on May 26 at CSC and still haven't heard from USCIS. The status message says it is taking between 60 & 90 days for the approval. It is close to 90 days now, what are the options available now ?

wait till 90 days are over,
check the processing time on USCIS website to see what dates they are currently procesing, add 30 days to that date and call the 1800 #
