Any body received appointment letter from US consulate, Chennai to US address?

I got my CP interivew on 20th of dec. I haven\'t received my appointment letter until now and also checked with my attorney. Please let me know any body received an appointment letter from US consulate, Chennai. thanx
 
Same interview

Hello Jothi, I too have interview on the same day. But we have not yet received the pkt4. We called the consulate a couple of days ago and confirmed if both the primary and secondary applicant\'s names were present. Also, the lady said that a print out of appointment schedule from the chennai consulate\'s site is good for the medicals. I will inform you if we get the packet before we leave.

even if we get appointment letter..what about IRS9003 form..

do they insist only the original in yellow color or accpet print out from web..i think IRS9003 is the only one we may need from P4.

The IRS9003 form I received from IRS office is on plain white paper. So, print out from web is fine.
 
Thanks PRB, how did u ordered IRS9003 ...i checked IRS website it is not there.

could u please let me know how to get it...and how long it will take

Call this IRS no: 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676). They will send you in one week. They even send multiple copies if you request.
