Any body knows the phone number for ASC(Application Support Center) in Philly

Only ASC Addresses are listed in INS website and not the phone numbers. Even if you find the phone numbers from the government pages in the directory and call the local INS center, it\'ll connect to the INS national information center. Your best bet would be to use the address and drive up there for information. Timings are of course mentioned on the INS web site.
