Any body in the same situation on AP

AP was approved for my Wife on 7/16 but we did not receive it till date.
Today i checked the status on line and it says

Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Undeliverable document filed.

On August 6, 2007, the post office returned your document as undeliverable.
Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address.

the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at


What should be the Next step?
Any body in the same situation?

Call 1-800-375-5283 to check/update the mailing address and ask them to re-deliver.
