Any body in similar situation? - What are you doing?

Hi My I-485 was filled at TSC on 2/2000 in Jan 2002 they transferred it to NSC after I contacted my senator. Since then my I-485 is at NSC at it is with the supervisor for last 10 weeks. My senator office contacts INS on a regular basis but every time the answer is the same " it is with a supervisor"

Any body on same boat? what are you doing about it? Any thins we can do? I find my self so unfortunmate and helpless.
