Any body got receipts recently from VSC for I-485, EAD and AP?

No receipts so far. How much time taking now a days to get receipts from VSC? any body for this week( from 01/13/03 ) information will great help.. Thanks.

I am allso waiting for 485 receipt.INS received application on 11/22/02 and i have received FP notice but no 485 receipt.

just wondering does any one know how to contact INS in case of
lost 485 receipt.I tried vermont calling (8025274913 )centre but no luck.I guess going in person is the only way.

Friends please help by sharing your views ?

Hi,
My lawyer callend the INS(VSC) regarding my 485/131/765 receipts which were mailed on 24th Dec. They told that they are facing huge backlogs in issuing receipt notices. Currently there are cases from Late oct/early Nov they are still sending notices. It seems they are allocating extra resources for this purpose and they should catch up withn 2-3 weeks.
That is within 2-3 weeks, they would try to eliminate backlog in issuing notices. My lawyer said we will wait for 2-3 weeks and then dont hear, he will call again.
