Any August Filers remaining

I am an unfortunate August 3rd filer still waiting. I recd an RFE for 6 months pay stub and Emplyment letter which I INS recd on October 2nd week. But have not heard anything yet. I dont know if I am the only August filer around when the October guys are getting approved.
 
There are many more...I am one of them.

my RD 08/22, FP done on 02/01/02 have been waiting without any clue. No RFE, just the same old shit AVM msg for the past 9 months (after FP)
 
Which state you all are from

Does it matters which state we are from. I am from New Jersey. I dont think that should matter cuz my friend from New Jersey have got the GC already and they had filed in September and October

Spoke to IIO about 15 days ago and she said it has been assigned to an officer on 10/09/2002. Next time I called her up and she said I cannot tell you anything about the status of your application. No RFE's same old message in AVM and web site.

God knows what's going on. Just hoping for the best.
 
RFE for employment letter, W2 and one months paystub
Called IIO on Friday 10/25/02. He said that the file is being reviewd. I can expect some reply anytime in 30 to 120 days. I think we are in this for a long haul people.:(

I don't know what the F****K INS is doing with my case? Look at my dates. It's over a year now.... Every time I talk to an IIO they tell a different story. I think they all lie man....
