My case is 08/05/02, FP2 done 04/13/04. Still waiting.
Any one on the same boat?

Count me in too... It is really frustrating. All my colleagues who have filled later than me got there GC's, I am the only one still waiting.

Contacted Senator and Congressman both said my case is on hold for name & birth date check.

Contacted FBI for the status (have left messages 3 times, sent faxes 3 times), haven't heard anything from them yet. It is over a month now.

Anything else can I do to improve my approval chances?

Agust Cases

Hi itsmme123 and nkaveti, I think your cases will be approved soon. I noticed that a lot of approved cases, they did the FP2 recently, and then get approval. Mark my world, see what happens. Please update your info.
