Any August 2001 I-485 filers left?

Hi guys,

I think I am the only August filer left. Is there any one else? I dont know what is going on in with my application.

I called the IIO this morning and she said it is in the staging area to be assigned to officer for review. They have been saying this since phucking October.

I call every week to check out what the phuck they are doing with my application and every time I get a diff. kinda a story.

Chidda, You are not the only one.

Same thing here. Msg never change since "finger print review". Asked lawyer calling them couple times, no progress. Simply no reason.

I strongly advice you to contact your local senator, I was about to do that wehn my case got approved, you shouln't wait any more. Also ask your lawyer to find out what is wrong with your case.

Even EAd was applied in july 2002 for my husband - that too is still pending.

Did you apply for renewal of your EAD? Here is a nice story

I applied for renewal in Sep 2002 for my wife and myself. My wife got approved in 15 days. At that time I was worried why they approved my wifes EAD and not mine.

I called IIO and she said your EAD was stopped because of AUDIT and your wife's got through. Ain't this funny?

Then after a month I got it in the mail.
